Ingredients:
- Cranberries
- Fresh ginger
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or debris.
- Peel the fresh ginger and grate it finely.
- Juice the lime and set aside the juice.
- In a small saucepan, combine the grated ginger, lime juice, and simple syrup. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and the sugar has dissolved.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Stir in the club soda and refrigerate until ready to serve.
