Ingredients:

  • Grapefruit
  • Rosemary
  • Mojito

Instructions:

  1. Cut the grapefruit in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Finely chop the rosemary leaves.
  3. Muddle the rosemary leaves with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their oils.
  4. Add the muddled rosemary mixture to the grapefruit halves.
  5. Top each grapefruit half with a splash of mojito mix (such as club soda and lime juice).
  6. Garnish with additional rosemary leaves or a sprig, if desired.
