Ingredients:
- Blueberries
- Jalapeños
- Vodka
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry the jalapeños.
- Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the vodka and blueberries.
- Stir until the blueberries are well coated with the vodka.
- Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with the vodka mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and slightly caramelized.
