Ingredients:
- Elderflowers
- Lemon juice
- Sugar
- Heavy cream
- Vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Remove the elderflowers from the refrigerator and rinse them under cold running water.
- Pat the elderflowers dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice and sugar until well combined.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches 170°F to 180°F on an instant-read thermometer.
- Remove the cream from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle and let it cool to room temperature before serving.
