Ingredients:

  • Elderflowers
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Heavy cream
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Remove the elderflowers from the refrigerator and rinse them under cold running water.
  2. Pat the elderflowers dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice and sugar until well combined.
  4. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches 170°F to 180°F on an instant-read thermometer.
  5. Remove the cream from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a clean glass bottle and let it cool to room temperature before serving.
