Ingredients:
- Elderflower syrup
- Lemon juice
- Ginger liqueur
- Prosecco
- Green Chartreuse
- Passion fruit purée
- Creme fraîche
- Soda water
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine elderflower syrup, lemon juice, ginger liqueur, and Prosecco. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled flute or wine glass.
- Top the cocktail with a small amount of green Chartreuse and passion fruit purée.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.
- Pour creme fraîche into a separate glass and float on top of the cocktail.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
