Ingredients:

  • Elderflower syrup
  • Lemon juice
  • Ginger liqueur
  • Prosecco
  • Green Chartreuse
  • Passion fruit purée
  • Creme fraîche
  • Soda water

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine elderflower syrup, lemon juice, ginger liqueur, and Prosecco. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  2. Strain the mixture into a chilled flute or wine glass.
  3. Top the cocktail with a small amount of green Chartreuse and passion fruit purée.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.
  5. Pour creme fraîche into a separate glass and float on top of the cocktail.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
