Ingredients:
- Cucumber
- Lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Ice
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Juice the lime and set aside.
- Pour the ginger beer into a shaker filled with ice.
- Add the sliced cucumber to the shaker and muddle (smash) it gently with a muddler or spoon to release its oils and flavors.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel or wedge, if desired.
