Ingredients:
- Cucumbers
- Elderflower syrup
- Sparkling water
- Lime wedges
Instructions:
- Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- In a small saucepan, combine elderflower syrup and sparkling water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm and the elderflower syrup has dissolved.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the elderflower mixture over the ice in each glass.
- Squeeze a lime wedge into each glass and drop it in.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
