Ingredients:

  • Cranberries
  • Ginger
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or debris.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, ginger, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have popped and the mixture is hot and bubbly.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  6. Top the mixture off with club soda and stir gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
