Ingredients:
- Cranberries

Instructions:
- Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or debris.
- In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, ginger, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have popped and the mixture is hot and bubbly.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Top the mixture off with club soda and stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
