Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh basil syrup (see below)
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Agave nectar
- 3 oz Prosecco
- Ice cubes
- Club soda
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: Muddle cranberry juice and fresh basil syrup in a shaker. Step 2: Add lime juice and agave nectar to the shaker. Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. Step 4: Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute. Step 5: Top with Prosecco and stir gently. Step 6: Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
