- Kiwis
Instructions:
- Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces.
- Place the kiwi pieces in a blender or food processor.
- Add 1/4 cup of water to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Discard the solids and reserve the liquid.
- Measure out 1/4 cup of the reserved liquid and pour it into a saucepan.
- Heat the liquid over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
