Ingredients:

  • Kiwis

Instructions:

  1. Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Place the kiwi pieces in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of water to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. Discard the solids and reserve the liquid.
  6. Measure out 1/4 cup of the reserved liquid and pour it into a saucepan.
  7. Heat the liquid over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a simmer.
  8. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
