Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Club soda

Instructions:

Step 1: Muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Step 2: Add the white rum, coconut water, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. Step 4: Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Step 5: Top the cocktail off with club soda and garnish with additional mint leaves, if desired.
