Ingredients:

  • Gin
  • Lemon juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Champagne

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the gin and lemon juice in a shaker until well combined.
  2. Add simple syrup to the shaker and muddle again until dissolved.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled flute or champagne glass.
  5. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
