  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
  3. Stir in melted butter until well combined.
  4. Press crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  6. In a blender or food processor, puree blackberries with lemon juice and vanilla extract until smooth.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and Greek yogurt until stiff peaks form.
  8. Add honey to whipped cream mixture and fold until combined.
  9. Pour blackberry mixture into the prepared pan over crust.
  10. Top with whipped cream layer.
  11. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of whipped cream.
  12. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
