- Strawberries

Instructions:
- Wash the berries thoroughly in cold water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Dry the berries with a clean towel or paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Place the berries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to chill the berries.
- Once the berries are chilled, remove them from the freezer and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries to a blender or food processor.
- Pulse the berries until they are well-crushed and combined.
- Use an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions to churn the berry mixture into a frozen dessert.
- Once the ice cream is frozen, transfer it to an airtight container and place it in the freezer to harden for at least 2 hours before serving.
