Ingredients:

  • Apple cider
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Nutmeg
  • Star anise
  • Cloves

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, combine apple cider and spices (cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, star anise, cloves).
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container.
  5. Discard solids.
  6. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
