- Cherries
- Mint leaves
Instructions:
- Rinse the cherries under cold running water, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Remove the stems from the mint leaves and discard them.
- Place the mint leaves in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
- Strain the mint puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Add the cherries to the bowl with the mint puree and toss them gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
