Ingredients:

  • Cherries
  • Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the cherries under cold running water, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Remove the stems from the mint leaves and discard them.
  3. Place the mint leaves in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
  4. Strain the mint puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. Add the cherries to the bowl with the mint puree and toss them gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
