Ingredients:
- Sour cream
- Heavy cream
- Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
- Brown sugar
- Butter
- Allspice
- Nutmeg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and heavy cream. Beat until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix together granny smith apples, brown sugar, butter, allspice, and nutmeg.
- Layer the apple mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Pour the cream mixture over the apple layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Serve warm.
