Ingredients:
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Splash of club soda
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, gently press the mint sprigs with a muddler or back of a spoon to release the oils and flavor.
- Add the diced mango to the shaker.
- Pour in the white rum and fresh lime juice.
- Add the simple syrup and stir until well combined.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
