Ingredients:

  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Splash of club soda

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, gently press the mint sprigs with a muddler or back of a spoon to release the oils and flavor.
  2. Add the diced mango to the shaker.
  3. Pour in the white rum and fresh lime juice.
  4. Add the simple syrup and stir until well combined.
  5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  6. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  7. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
