Ingredients:

  • Fresh pineapple
  • Fresh sage leaves
  • White rum
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. Cut the fresh pineapple into chunks and place them in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the fresh sage leaves to the blender and puree until well combined.
  3. Add the white rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the blender and pulse until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  6. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  7. Top the drink off with club soda and stir gently.
  8. Garnish with additional fresh sage leaves or pineapple wedges, if desired.
