Ingredients:
- Fresh pineapple
- Fresh sage leaves
- White rum
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Cut the fresh pineapple into chunks and place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add the fresh sage leaves to the blender and puree until well combined.
- Add the white rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to the blender and pulse until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top the drink off with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with additional fresh sage leaves or pineapple wedges, if desired.
