Ingredients:

  • Mango puree
  • Fresh rosemary leaves
  • White rum
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Club soda

Instructions:

  1. Blend mango puree and lime juice together until smooth.
  2. Add white rum and stir to combine.
  3. Heat simple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Stir-fry rosemary leaves with club soda in a separate pan until fragrant.
  5. Combine mango mixture and rosemary-club soda mixture into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
  6. Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with additional club soda.
  7. Garnish with additional rosemary leaves or lime wheel, if desired.
