Ingredients:
- Mango puree
- Fresh rosemary leaves
- White rum
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Blend mango puree and lime juice together until smooth.
- Add white rum and stir to combine.
- Heat simple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
- Stir-fry rosemary leaves with club soda in a separate pan until fragrant.
- Combine mango mixture and rosemary-club soda mixture into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with additional club soda.
- Garnish with additional rosemary leaves or lime wheel, if desired.
