- Mango

Instructions:
- Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
- Gather fresh sage leaves and muddle them in a mixing glass with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their oils and flavor.
- Add lime juice, simple syrup, white rum, and club soda to the mixing glass.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with additional fresh sage leaves or a sprig of rosemary, if desired.
