Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine chopped mango, coconut milk, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes. Top each glass off with club soda.
  3. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
