Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine chopped mango, coconut milk, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes. Top each glass off with club soda.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
