Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup (equal parts water and granulated sugar, dissolved)
  • 2 oz vodka or rum (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped mango, mint leaves, and yogurt. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Add the simple syrup to the mixture and stir until it is fully dissolved.
  3. If using vodka or rum, gently fold it into the mixture.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Scoop the mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes.
  6. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
