- 1/2 cup simple syrup (equal parts water and granulated sugar, dissolved)
- 2 oz vodka or rum (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped mango, mint leaves, and yogurt. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Add the simple syrup to the mixture and stir until it is fully dissolved.
- If using vodka or rum, gently fold it into the mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Scoop the mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
