Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fig jam
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/4 oz blue curaçao
- Splash of sparkling water
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the gin, fig jam, dry vermouth, and blue curaçao to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water.
