Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 4 oz rosé wine
- 1/2 oz fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp simple syrup
Instructions:
- Muddle the gin and rosemary in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the rosé wine and lemon juice to the shaker and stir.
- Add the simple syrup and stir again.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with additional rosemary, if desired.
