Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 4 oz rosé wine
  • 1/2 oz fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the gin and rosemary in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the rosé wine and lemon juice to the shaker and stir.
  3. Add the simple syrup and stir again.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with additional rosemary, if desired.
