Ingredients:

  • Pork ribs
  • Beef strips
  • Chicken breasts
  • Shrimp
  • Mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Tomato sauce
  • Red wine
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, and your desired spices.
  3. Place the beef strips in a separate pan and season with salt, black pepper, and your desired spices.
  4. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. In a separate pan, sauté the mushrooms in a little olive oil over medium heat until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until softened.
  7. In a large baking dish, combine the tomato sauce, red wine, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  8. Add the seasoned pork ribs to the baking dish and coat with the tomato sauce mixture.
  9. Place the chicken breasts on top of the pork ribs.
  10. Sprinkle the shrimp over the top of the chicken breasts.
  11. Drizzle the mushroom mixture over the top of the shrimp.
  12. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  13. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2-1/2 hours, or until the pork ribs are tender and the chicken breasts are cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
