Ingredients:
- Pork ribs
- Beef strips
- Chicken breasts
- Shrimp
- Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Onions
- Tomato sauce
- Red wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, and your desired spices.
- Place the beef strips in a separate pan and season with salt, black pepper, and your desired spices.
- Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a separate pan, sauté the mushrooms in a little olive oil over medium heat until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until softened.
- In a large baking dish, combine the tomato sauce, red wine, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Add the seasoned pork ribs to the baking dish and coat with the tomato sauce mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the pork ribs.
- Sprinkle the shrimp over the top of the chicken breasts.
- Drizzle the mushroom mixture over the top of the shrimp.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2-1/2 hours, or until the pork ribs are tender and the chicken breasts are cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
