Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Fresh basil leaves
- Lime juice
- White rum
- Simple syrup
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Rinse the raspberries and remove any stems or leaves.
- In a blender or food processor, puree the raspberries until smooth.
- Transfer the raspberry puree to a bowl and stir in the fresh basil leaves.
- Add the lime juice and white rum to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Stir in the simple syrup until dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Top each glass off with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with additional fresh basil leaves, if desired.
