Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Basil
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Tequila
- Cream
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries with a piece of ice.
- Add the basil leaves and muddle again.
- Squeeze the lime juice into the shaker.
- Add the simple syrup and stir to combine.
- Add the tequila and stir again.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a basil leaf.
