Ingredients:
- Honeydew melon
- Fresh basil leaves
- White rum
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Club soda
Instructions:
- Cut the honeydew melon into wedges and place on a cutting board.
- In a small bowl, muddle (or mash) the fresh basil leaves with a spoon until they are well-crushed.
- Add the crushed basil to the cut honeydew melon wedges and toss gently to combine.
- Pour the white rum over the melon mixture and toss again to coat.

- Stir the simple syrup into the mixture until well-combined.
- Pour the club soda over the mixture and gently stir to combine.
