Ingredients:

  • Cranberries
  • Sage
  • Prosecco
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or debris.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, sage, and Prosecco.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have popped and the liquid has reduced slightly.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the solids.
  6. Stir in the lime juice and simple syrup until well combined.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
