Ingredients:
- Cranberries
- Sage
- Prosecco
- Lime juice
- Simple syrup
Instructions:
- Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems or debris.
- In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, sage, and Prosecco.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have popped and the liquid has reduced slightly.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the solids.
- Stir in the lime juice and simple syrup until well combined.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
