Ingredients:
- Apples (2)
- Lemons (4)
- Mint leaves (1 cup)
- Simple Syrup (1 cup)
- Rum (1.5 ounces)
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the apples into small pieces.
- Juice the lemons and add the juice to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the mint leaves to the bowl and muddle them gently with a spoon to release their oils and flavor.
- Stir in the simple syrup until it is fully incorporated.
- Add the rum and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness and flavor as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled in cocktail glasses or over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with additional mint leaves, if desired.
