- Apple cider

Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine apple cider, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, allspice, and star anise.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the spices are fragrant and the mixture is warm.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean glass bottle. Discard the solids.
- Add vanilla extract to the strained mixture and stir to combine.
- Store the mixture in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
