Ingredients:
- 1 lb Filet Mignon
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter.
- Sear the filet mignon for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove the filet mignon from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Return the filet mignon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
