Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Filet Mignon
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter.
  3. Sear the filet mignon for 2-3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  4. Remove the filet mignon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  6. Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  8. Return the filet mignon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Serve immediately.
