Ingredients:
- Cucumbers
- Mint leaves
- Sugar
- Bourbon whiskey
Instructions:
- Chop the cucumbers into thin slices.
- Place the mint leaves in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes to release their oils.
- Strain the mint mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the sugar and stir until it’s well combined.
- Add the bourbon whiskey and stir again.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve the mixture in small glasses or jars, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
