Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers
  • Mint leaves
  • Sugar
  • Bourbon whiskey

Instructions:

  1. Chop the cucumbers into thin slices.
  2. Place the mint leaves in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes to release their oils.
  3. Strain the mint mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the sugar and stir until it’s well combined.
  5. Add the bourbon whiskey and stir again.
  6. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
  7. Serve the mixture in small glasses or jars, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
