Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers
  • Elderflower

Instructions:

  1. Wash the cucumbers and remove any seeds or excess water.
  2. Blend the cucumbers in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding any solids.
  4. Add the elderflower syrup to the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs or edible flowers just before serving.
