Ingredients:
- Cucumbers
- Mint leaves
- Lime juice
- Tequila
- Simple syrup
Instructions:
- Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.
- Muddle the mint leaves with a muddler or spoon to release their oils and flavor.
- Add the lime juice, tequila, and muddled mint to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry-shake (without ice) for about 15-20 seconds to combine and emulsify the ingredients.
- Fill the shaker with ice and wet-shake (with ice) for another 15-20 seconds to chill and froth the mixture.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves or a sprig of rosemary, if desired.
