Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 1/4 oz simple syrup (equal parts water and granulated sugar, dissolved)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Splash of lemon juice
- Fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions:
- Muddle gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and simple syrup in a shaker until well combined.
- Add bitters and stir to combine.
- Add a splash of lemon juice and muddle again.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves and serve.
