Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup (equal parts water and granulated sugar, dissolved)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Fresh rosemary leaves

Instructions:

  1. Muddle gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, and simple syrup in a shaker until well combined.
  2. Add bitters and stir to combine.
  3. Add a splash of lemon juice and muddle again.
  4. Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves and serve.
