Ingredients:

  • Prosecco
  • Peach puree
  • Pineapple juice
  • Mint leaves
  • Lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Pour the Prosecco into a glass.
  2. Add the peach puree and stir until well combined.
  3. Add the pineapple juice and stir again.
  4. Add the mint leaves and muddle them gently to release their oils and flavor.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture and stir once more.
  6. Garnish with additional mint leaves or a slice of peach, if desired.
