Ingredients:
- 2 oz light rum
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz ginger beer
- 1 oz jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- Ice
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the light rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, and ginger beer to the shaker.
- Add the chopped jalapeño pepper to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
