  • Fresh peaches

Instructions:

  1. Wash the peaches and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
  3. Place the peaches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Toss the peaches to coat them evenly with the honey and sugar.
  6. Roast the peaches in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized.
  7. Serve the roasted peaches warm or at room temperature.
