Ingredients:

  • Fresh pineapple
  • Mango
  • Coconut milk
  • Lime juice
  • Cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the fresh pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
  3. Open the coconut milk and pour it into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl and mix well.
  5. Add the chopped pineapple and mango to the bowl and toss to combine.
  6. Stir in the chopped cilantro.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  8. Serve chilled.
