Ingredients:

  • Spicy winter fruit mix {pineapple, orange, cranberry}
  • Rich chocolate snow {white, dark, or milk}
  • Crunchy peanut butter ice {cream, sandwiches, or noodles}
  • Toasted marshmallow fluff {homemade or store-bought}
  • Cinnamon sugar {for sprinkling on top}

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the spicy winter fruit mix in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the fruits are tender and lightly browned.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  5. Melt the rich chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each heating.
  6. Stir the melted chocolate until smooth.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled fruit mix and spread evenly.
  8. Place the baking sheet back into the oven and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  10. Use a handheld appliance or stand mixer to beat the peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  11. Spread the peanut butter ice over the cooled chocolate layer.
  12. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the top of the peanut butter ice.
  13. Place the baking sheet back into the oven and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cinnamon sugar is lightly toasted.
  14. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
