Ingredients:
- Spicy winter fruit mix {pineapple, orange, cranberry}
- Rich chocolate snow {white, dark, or milk}
- Crunchy peanut butter ice {cream, sandwiches, or noodles}
- Toasted marshmallow fluff {homemade or store-bought}
- Cinnamon sugar {for sprinkling on top}
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the spicy winter fruit mix in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the fruits are tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
- Melt the rich chocolate in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each heating.
- Stir the melted chocolate until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled fruit mix and spread evenly.
- Place the baking sheet back into the oven and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
- Use a handheld appliance or stand mixer to beat the peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the peanut butter ice over the cooled chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the top of the peanut butter ice.
- Place the baking sheet back into the oven and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cinnamon sugar is lightly toasted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
