Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 tsp dried lavender buds
- Splash of club soda
Instructions:
- Muddle gin, Cointreau, and lime juice in a shaker until well combined.
- Add simple syrup and stir to combine.
- Add dried lavender buds and stir to combine.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge, if desired.
