Ingredients:

  • Sparkling water
  • Fresh pineapple juice
  • Coconut rum
  • Grenadine syrup

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 1.5 oz of pineapple juice and 1.5 oz of grenadine syrup to the shaker.
  3. Add 1 oz of coconut rum to the shaker.
  4. Shake well for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry, if desired.
