Ingredients:
- Sparkling water
- Fresh pineapple juice
- Coconut rum
- Grenadine syrup
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 1.5 oz of pineapple juice and 1.5 oz of grenadine syrup to the shaker.
- Add 1 oz of coconut rum to the shaker.
- Shake well for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry, if desired.
