Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Lemons
- Sugar
- Club soda
- Ice
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the raspberries.
- Zest and juice the lemons.
- Mix the sugar and lemon zest in a bowl until well combined.
- Add the club soda to the mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Fill an ice cube tray with the mixture and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the cubes from the tray and place them in a glass filled with ice.
- Stir the mixture well and top with additional raspberries if desired.
