Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup blue food coloring
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth. Stir into the cream mixture and continue heating for another 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
- Remove saucepan from heat and stir in blue food coloring until combined.
- Pour mixture into a clean glass jar or container and let cool to room temperature before serving.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
