- Peaches
- Almond milk
- Granulated sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together almond milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add cornstarch to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Add salt and baking powder to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Arrange sliced peaches on top of the mixture, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
