Ingredients:

  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • White wine vinegar
  • Honey
  • Dijon mustard
  • Chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, or cilantro)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add chopped fresh herbs and stir to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Before serving, give the dressing a good stir and check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little water or lemon juice to thin it out. If it’s too thin, add a little more honey or mustard to thicken it.
  6. Pour the dressing over your salad and enjoy!
