Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and salt until well combined.
- Add chopped fresh herbs and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, give the dressing a good stir and check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little water or lemon juice to thin it out. If it’s too thin, add a little more honey or mustard to thicken it.
