Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the fresh raspberries and remove any stems or leaves.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the fresh thyme leaves and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the sparkling water to the bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Stir in the plain yogurt until well combined.
  5. Mix in the honey until fully incorporated.
  6. Gently fold the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  8. Serve the mixture chilled, garnished with additional fresh raspberries if desired.
